A. Loan Application

1. Personal Loan

Personal Loan is available for salaried employees only, having service experience of atleast 2 years in any private companies or in government sector. Customer’s minimum in-hand monthly net salary must be atleast Rs. 15000 after all deductions.

3. Home Loan

Home Loan is for both salaried employees and business professionals. Customer should have solid monthly income atleast 50k, good cibil score atleast 750, residential property documents, house building plan estimate, 3 years of income tax return filings, and co applicant KYC documents.

4. Mortgage Loan

Mortgage Loan or Loan Against Property is the another type of secured loan. Both salaried employees and business professionals can apply for Mortgage Loan keeping their property as mortgage or collateral. Property valuation certificate is also required. Higher Loan amount and long repayment term is available for Loan Against Property.
